Let the team at The McLaren Vale Distillery guide you through a whisky tasting, focusing on collaborative, one off releases. Begin with new-make spirit and learn about the process from barley to bottle. You will taste a selection of single malt blended and single cask whiskies, each with their own distinctive story and style, and finish with one of our fortified wines, as well as the added indulgence of two French macarons.

When visiting us, you can experience three of our whiskies, including blended and single cask products to taste though at your table. This is not a hosted tasting.

Perfect for spirit enthusiasts, cocktail lovers and those who love to explore flavour. This flight includes our limited seasonal vodka, our two signature gins Batch no. 7 & Batch no. 8 and our limited seasonal limoncello. We charge a non-redeemable $20 pp to taste our range, which include Mischief Brew mixers and garnishes.

In 1839, Jock Harvey’s ancestor, John Harvey settled in Australia and begun farming. Since then, the following five generation of
Harvey’s have had a close affinity with the rich fertile earth of McLaren Vale and its vines.

The McLaren Vale fortified wine range includes our muscat, fortified shiraz, alicante and touriga nationale. We charge a non-redeemable fee of $20 pp to taste through our fortified wine range. Guests can opt for an additionla tasting of the VOTP 1947 for $12 for a 30ml sample.

Come and settle in on the lawn, take in the views and enjoy a relaxed afternoon with good drinks, food and friends.

Our Lawn Booking is a casual way to enjoy the venue without the formality of a seated table. Bring your own picnic rug, find a spot on the lawn and make yourself comfortable. You’re welcome to BYO your own food or order one of our platters to enjoy, while drinks can be purchased from our bar.

Please note: BYO drinks are not permitted. This booking does not include tables or chairs, so please bring your own picnic rug. Lawn games will be put out when weather conditions allow.
