Let the team at The McLaren Vale Distillery guide you through a whisky tasting, focusing on collaborative, one off releases. Begin with new-make spirit and learn about the process from barley to bottle. You will taste a selection of single malt blended and single cask whiskies, each with their own distinctive story and style, and finish with one of our fortified wines, as well as the added indulgence of two French macarons.

When visiting us, you can experience three of our whiskies, including blended and single cask products to taste though at your table. This is not a hosted tasting.

In 1839, Jock Harvey’s ancestor, John Harvey settled in Australia and begun farming. Since then, the following five generation of
Harvey’s have had a close affinity with the rich fertile earth of McLaren Vale and its vines.

The McLaren Vale fortified wine range includes a muscat, fortified shiraz and the signature 1947 VOTP. We charge a non-redeemable fee of $20 pp to taste through our fortified wine range.
